Child Safety Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This page sets out Zeeën's child sexual abuse and exploitation safety standards for app review, public transparency, reporting, and enforcement.

Child Safety & Exploitation Policy

Zeeën has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibit any content, behaviour, or activity that involves or promotes harm to minors.

What Is Prohibited

The following is strictly forbidden on Zeeën:

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors
  • Grooming behaviour, including attempts to build relationships with minors for exploitation
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual activity, images, or personal information
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material involving minors
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or normalises harm to children

This applies to all content types, including:

  • Profile images
  • Bios and descriptions
  • Social links
  • User-generated content
  • External links shared through the platform

Detection & Prevention

Zeeën uses a combination of:

  • Manual review: every profile image is reviewed and approved or rejected before it appears
  • A prohibited-words list applied to profile text
  • Human review of all reports submitted by users

Content or accounts suspected of violating child safety standards will be reviewed immediately and may be removed without notice.

Reporting & Enforcement

If we detect or receive reports of child exploitation:

  • The account will be immediately suspended or permanently banned
  • Content will be removed
  • Relevant data may be preserved for investigation
  • We will report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organisations where required

User Responsibility

All users must:

  • Be at least 16 years old to use the platform
  • Not engage with or attempt to contact minors in an inappropriate manner
  • Report any suspicious behaviour or content immediately

How to Report

Users can report child safety concerns by:

  • Using the in-app reporting tools
  • Emailing governance@zeeen.app

Reports are treated with urgency and priority.

Commitment to Safety

Zeeën is designed to support real-world connection in a safe, respectful, and controlled environment.
